About The Sacred Harpist
and Harp Therapy
"Circumstances reveal who we are.."

I dedicate this work to my Mother...
On black Friday 13, 1975 my mother Luciana Brignoni, aged 33 transitioned after persisting for 7 years with Hodgkin's disease for the sake of her children. I was the eldest of 3 and age 13. Her death was a powerful initiation into my life's work and opened a direct connection to source that I would draw on forever more.

Career Path

My early career lead me to train as a Psychologist, then onto Consulting as a Trusted Adviser and Strategist. I loved working on big picture social justice innovations. I spent many years working and travelling to amazing places such as Cuba and Africa and Peru, which inspired a natural progression into holistic and ancient healing modalities such as shamanic rituals & sacred ancient harp. I have continued to explore these mystic avenues and now offer my life to helping others as a dedicated conduit of spirit.

Follow Your Harp

A few years ago as I delved into my own soul, I was led to do this work: sacred rites of passage centered around the sacred harp as it was played in ancient times. This is not an instrument of entertainment but a mystical healing tool to be used for birth & dying. I have dabbled in western music, middle-eastern and eastern music – all of which have sung to my soul, yet this is not what I do. I have surrendered to being an empty vessel and to trust the healing sounds that emanate through my being. My offering to others is journeying with loving consciousness into and through death.
I have spent the last few years working in many leading hospitals, playing for terminal patients, palliative care, mothers with birthing challenges, children and babies. In Aged Care, my focus has been in high care and dementia wards that have responded most favorably. I also play at funerals, for sacred rituals and retreats and conduct workshops. I offer private sessions on sound therapy and also sacred rites of passage from birth to dying.
I am passionate about working with people to create a loving, conscious, sacred death experience.

What is Harp Therapy?
Music and medicine in ancient times were combined to bring healing and wholeness. My work centers around the sacred harp as it was played in ancient civilizations as a divine healing tool, not as entertainment. The music created comes from divine love and compassion.
It is melismatic music, which means without rhythm. It is prescriptive and intuitive, specifically for the individual and by not having a repeatable beat or rhythm, it allows for the unbinding process to release and enable healing. Dissonance is a concept to describe something we don't understand from the mind.
When I play, I feel your soul. I don’t listen to the notes; I listen to the sounds from the invisible realm. I trust that something on a higher realm leads the way. I allow you to surrender and in that surrender, you will let go of fear and find a sense of peace and tranquility, knowing that you are not alone.
I want you to fall in love with every note you hear, have no judgement and trust that what comes through is for your divine healing. Trust the uncertainty and know that you are being led by spirit. Entrusting me as I divinely guide you to deep serenity and healing, I am eternally grateful.

The First Time I Ever Played
The first time I ever played, I got the most exquisite validation! This Rumi poem on a napkin from a humble man passing. It inspired me so much and to follow my harp.
There is some kiss we want,
with our whole lives,
the touch of Spirit on the body.
And the lily, how passionately
it needs some wild Darling!
At night, I open the window
and ask the moon to come
and press its face into mine.
Breathe into me.
Close the language-door,
and open the love-window.
The moon won't use the door,
only the window.
